Sienna began the 2024 season still a little shy and wary to make a call. Throughout the season her confidence grew, as did her umpiring skills.

Her mentors all agree that Sienna is a pleasure to work with as she listens to feedback and works hard implement positive changes.

Sienna's positioning, loud whistle, clear communication of umpiring calls, knowledge of the rules, team work with other umpires and control of the game improved each week resulting in achieving her National C badge.

Sienna is a pillar of our umpiring ranks and we are so proud of her development - we cannot wait to see where her umpiring career takes her next!
