Game Day
Our games are held on Saturdays at the Western Districts Netball Association (WDNA) in Graceville.
​
The winter season usually runs from early May through to late August, with competitive teams playing finals through to the middle of September.​ Games start at 8am, with the final round of the day starting at 3:10pm. WDNA will assign each team to a division and game time.

There is something for everyone:

Little Nettys for 3 - 4 years (through WDNA directly)

NetSkills for 5 - 6 years, a ten week program of activities and games

Non-competitive games for 6 -10 years as part of the Woolworths NetSetGo Program

Junior competitions of all levels for 11-15 years

Senior competitions of all levels from 16 years to Adult

For players aged 14 and older, WDNA also runs a social competition on Monday nights at Graceville. Umpires are provided for all games, and the quality of play is excellent. For more details, please visit the WDNA website.
Training
Our club trains at the state-of-the-art Sporting Complex on Sportstar Drive, Springfield Central. Training sessions for both our non-competitive (aged 6-10yrs) and competition teams are scheduled for Tuesday evenings starting at 5 PM.

EOI now closed with limited places available for Winter 2026
For the 2026 Winter Season, we received an unprecedented 290 Expressions of Interest for new players. Every available new spot has now been allocated, and SLNC is officially at full capacity for our U6 – U16 Teams. We have a very limited number of spots for anyone over 16 yrs wishing to play in the Opens division and for males 16yrs+ in the new Mixed Comp (see below).

We would truly love to offer every player a place, but as a volunteer-run community netball club, we simply don’t have the infrastructure or operational capacity to expand further right now. Thank you for understanding and for the incredible support you continue to show our little club!
A huge thank you to everyone who submitted an EOI. If you missed out this year, please don’t be discouraged — EOIs for our 2027 season will open in September 2026, and we’d love to hear from you again.

GET READY FOR GRADING: preseason strength and conditioning sessions
We offer two optional "Get Ready for Grading" sessions for those players U10 & up who'd like a chance to buff up on their netball skills and work on their fitness prior to grading:
