Nomination Process
In alignment with our constitution all nomination forms need to be signed, as per requirements for the role, and submitted via email to the Secretary by Tuesday, 18th November, 2025.
If no nominations are received for a particular role prior to the AGM, nominations may be accepted from the floor during the meeting. In cases where multiple nominations are received for the same position, the Secretary will conduct a confidential vote to determine the successful candidate.
